Student Placement Matching

We work closely with Brisbane-based RTOs, TAFEs, and universities to match students with high-quality placement opportunities in aged care, disability support, and community care. Our goal is to ensure students complete their mandatory hours in supportive environments that help them build real-world skills.

Flexible Care Support Staffing

We provide reliable care support workers to aged care homes, disability organisations, NDIS providers, and community care services across Brisbane. Whether it’s placement students or early-career support workers, we supply individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to learn.

Workforce Pipeline Support for Providers

By partnering with education providers, we create a steady flow of placement-ready students who can support your organisation’s staffing needs. This helps care providers manage peak periods, reduce pressure on permanent staff, and identify potential future employees early.

Student Readiness and Training Support

We support learners throughout their placement journey by ensuring they understand expectations, basic care responsibilities, and workplace etiquette. Our aim is to help students feel confident and prepared so they can make a positive contribution from day one.

Ongoing Support for Providers and Students

We stay connected with both providers and students throughout the placement period to ensure everything runs smoothly. By maintaining open communication, we help resolve issues quickly and ensure high-quality experiences for both the organisation and the learner.

Provider-Focused

To make onboarding easier for care providers, we only place students who already meet Queensland’s minimum entry requirements. All learners are screened for an active Yellow Card and Blue Card and must hold current First Aid & CPR certifications. This means your organisation can accept placement students without delays or administrative burden
